Fan favorite dances are reimagined in new spaces, with new characters and surprises along the way. From the historic Roselawn Museum Home to the beautiful natural setting of Barnsley Gardens Resort and from beloved outdoor spaces along Main Street to inside downtown Cartersville small businesses, the dancers of Cartersville City Ballet weave together a timeless story unique to Cartersville, Georgia.

Aug. 16, 4 to 5 p.m.: "Home: A Virtual Performance"
Noelle Kayser and the dancers of Cartersville City Ballet conceptualized "Home" in response to the Covid-19 Pandemic. Social distance presented an opportunity to utilize technology as a window into each dancer's living space and unique personality. Over the past several weeks, Noelle and the dancers worked in one-on-one sessions. They selected a space, engaged in conversation, and created six highly personalized solos. The making of "Home" is an example of artistic resilience and our ability to connect as a community even in the face of adversity.
